Fees associated with Level 2 Performance Evaluation Examination

Rescheduling fee (More than 90 days before scheduled examination)	No Charge
Rescheduling fee (31 to and including 90 days before a scheduled examination)	$50.00
Rescheduling fee (48 hours to and including 30 days before scheduled examination)	$150.00
Rescheduling fee (Within 48 hours before scheduled examination)	$400.00
No Show (If a candidate cancels his or her scheduled examination less than 24 hours before the start of the scheduled examination, fails to show at the scheduled time and place for an examination, or is prohibited from taking the examination the candidate will be considered a “no show.")	$650.00

Candidates must call to reschedule within 5 days of the Level 2-PE exam date/time. Candidates can only cancel their appointments via the NBOME online registration system.
